What I Love
I cannot get enough of this flat iron spray. It must be the sweet scent that I’ve become addicted to, but that particular aspect has always been important to me when purchasing hair products. I find that this particular scent acts as a sort of pick me up during my daily regime and I find myself spritzing it onto my hair when I’m running out the door and I want to feel refreshed. I have tried many flat iron sprays on the market, mostly due to my continuous use of hot tools on a regular basis (you curly haired gals know what I’m talking about!) and this product definitely makes the top of my list.
The Marc Anthony Heat Protect Simply Straight Flat Iron Spray (say that three times fast) is formulated with hydrolyzed silk and soy proteins that create a moisturizing barrier to keep your hair frizz-free, locking in your style to keep it looking sleek and shiny. I need the extra infusion of moisture because of my naturally dehydrated locks and this definitely does the trick. Another great aspect is the short, rectangular shape. I find it much easier to pack into my bag when traveling, and the compact shape also makes it much easier to hold.
What I Don’t Love
Everything about this product works for me, except the size. For nearly ten dollars a bottle, I feel that there isn’t enough product to last a lengthy amount of time, especially when possessing a thick head of hair. I like to make sure I’m fairly liberal when applying this product because I do use a lot of heat on an everyday basis and want to ensure my hair is protected. With that being said, I go through a bottle rather quickly. If the price doesn’t dissuade you, then this is the perfect investment otherwise.
